Dentist Doctors
Do you have to be somewhat sadistic to be A Dentist/Doctor?
I just got a root canal done earlier. My tooth was infected, so there was so much pain when my dentist was drilling to relieve pressure, even after three shots of Novocaine.
As I was trembling in the chair, I was curious as to what the dentist was thinking in his head. Was he unhindered by my obvious signs of pain and only focused on his work, or does he have a conscience?
I’d appreciate answers by anyone, of course, but would rather be answered by those who had life experiences as a dentist or a doctor.
i went in for my roots to be scraped twice . the first time they gave me one shot of something to ease the pain, and blocked the wrong nerve. I felt EVERYTHING. they seemed fairly careless and quite pissed off to be honest at my screams of pain. Im going in again in a couple of months . They have no feelings. They’re probably somesort of super robot.
