Dental Advice (decalcification / bruxism / care)?
I wore braces from age 13 to 15. They were removed because I have not taken the time to clean around them. I'm not going to apologize, I was young and naive. To make a long story short, I 19 years now and I've seen decalcification around all my teeth – mostly in places that are not braces. As for you, I think orthodontics situation given your past with orthodontics and your ideas on diet acceptable (no offense I know you did not mention that coke after brushing teeth) I think it is better to leave well alone unless it causes one days the problem of the day.
